LoadHoller

Privacy policy

Updated October 2026

This policy explains what LoadHoller collects on loadholler.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: tools and saved numbers stay in your browser, and we only get what you send through a form.

What you send us

We collect personal information only when you send it to us through a form.

  • Dispatch application. Your name, phone, email, best time to call, equipment, number of trucks, CDL status, MC status and number, authority age, home base and lanes, and anything optional you add, like your floor rate, boards you use, home time and a note.
  • Contact form. Your name, email, optional phone, the topic you pick and your message.
  • With each form. The page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (stored in a first-party cookie, see below), whether you used a phone or a computer, and the time.

What stays in your browser

Most of the site works without sending us anything. Calculator inputs, My Numbers (your cost per mile, floor rate, home base, equipment, truck count and authority age), pinned items on My Board, your board or monitor view choice and a half-finished application are stored in your own browser's local or session storage. We don't receive them unless you put them in a form and send it.

You can clear them at any time with the clear button in My Numbers or by clearing site data in your browser.

Cookies

We set one first-party cookie, `lh_utm`, when you first visit. It holds the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link, for 90 days, so we know which page brought a carrier to us when they apply. It holds no name, email or phone.

We don't use advertising cookies or sell access to your browsing. We don't run third-party analytics today. If we add a page-view counter, we'll name it here first.

How we use your information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with load boards, brokers or data companies for their marketing.

  • To call or email you about dispatch, as you asked when you sent the application.
  • To answer a contact form message.
  • To check that a broker, load or truck fits what you told us, once you work with us.
  • To see which pages and campaigns bring in applications, so we know what's useful.
  • To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

Calls and texts

The application has a consent box that is unchecked until you check it. If you check it, you agree that we may contact you about dispatch services by phone, text and email at the number and email you gave, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call or by the contact form.

Who helps us deliver the site

A few service providers handle data for us, only to do their job:

  • Hosting. Our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser, page and time) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cloudflare. Our network and security provider. It runs Turnstile, the check that stops bots on our forms, which may process your IP address and browser signals.
  • Resend. Sends the form emails to our desk and your confirmation email.
  • Lead tracking. If we connect the forms to a CRM or spreadsheet, your application is copied there for the desk.
  • NHTSA. If you use the VIN decoder, your browser sends the VIN straight to the U.S. government's public vPIC service to look up truck specs. We don't receive it.

Partner links and referrals

Some pages link to partners through links that start with /go/. When you click one, you leave our site and the partner's own privacy policy applies. If you ask us for a factoring quote, we send what you enter to our factoring partner so they can quote you, and we tell you that before you send it. Our disclosure page explains how those referrals work.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and messages as long as we need them to work with you or answer you, and to keep basic business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll delete it unless we have to keep a record by law.

Your choices

Depending on your state, you may have more rights over your information. Tell us what you'd like and we'll handle it.

  • Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact page.
  • Stop calls or texts at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
  • Clear what your browser stores for this site from your browser settings.

Security and children

Forms are sent over HTTPS, and access to applications is limited to the people who work them. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send bank details, Social Security numbers or passwords through our forms. We never ask for them.

This site is for trucking businesses. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. This site is run by LoadHoller. Questions about privacy go through our contact page.
